Your vacation at Haus Luigi
Start your vacation with us in Sölden well informed. Find out everything you need to know here, from your arrival to your stay to your departure. You can already look forward to a carefree break with lots of great amenities.
Before you come to Haus Luigi, please call +436804019200, afterwards you will receive your keys and all important information.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment and the parking lots by 10:00 am.
You are welcome to use our bread roll service during your stay. Before your arrival, you will receive an email from us with an order link and access data so that you can place your order directly with the bakery.
Your ordered baked goods will be delivered in the morning. You can then take the labeled order from the bread box.
The invoice for the delivered baked goods will be debited from your VISA or MasterCard on departure.
You enter your VISA or Mastercard details at check-in so that the corresponding amount can be debited in the event of unreported damage, lost keys or outstanding bread roll bills.
Our house rules are available in the apartments.
In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, the rental contract will be terminated immediately and you will be required to pay 100% of the remaining nights.
We would like to point out that our rooms and apartments are non-smoking. There are ashtrays outside on your balcony or terrace.
Night-time quiet applies in the house from 10 pm. Think of the other guests and behave in the house as you would expect others to do.
For a stay of 7 days you will receive fresh towels once, from 14 days the bed linen will be changed.
We ask you to dispose of and separate the garbage yourself in the garbage room.
On your departure, please leave the apartment as you would like to find it, the garbage disposed of in the garbage room and the dishwasher started.
You can buy a 3, 7 or 10-day card at the sales points, depending on your needs and individual vacation plans.
With the Ötztal Inside Summer Card you benefit from numerous free services. You can use not only the summer mountain lifts but also the public buses free of charge and secure free admission to museums, swimming pools and other leisure facilities. A ski room with ski boot heating is available directly in our houses, where you can conveniently store not only your boots, but also your skis and snowboards.

Payment & Cancellation
Find out all the details you need to know about payment and the possibility of canceling your booking at Haus Luigi. This way you can book your stay with us in Sölden easily and securely and are also aware of all the conditions should something unforeseen come up.
For fixed reservations we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount (see booking confirmation) free of charge to our account.

We accept cash payments, EC, VISA or MasterCard. You also have the option of transferring the total amount to our account in advance. If you make a transfer at short notice, please bring a copy of the payment slip with you, as international transfers can take up to a week.
The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply.
From 3 months before your arrival we will charge you 30% of the apartment price.
From 60 days before your arrival we will charge you 70% of the apartment price
From 30 days before your arrival and in the event of a no-show on your part, we will charge you 100% of the apartment price
In the event of early departure, the apartment - as originally reserved - must be paid for in full (minus the local tax).
Cancellations are only valid in writing.
We recommend that you take out insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung so that you do not have to bear the cancellation costs in the event of illness, premature curtailment of your trip or other cancellation reasons.
